Catch Maria playing a concerned wife, Andrea, on the next episode of MONSTERS INSIDE ME, airing Friday night at 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM on Animal Planet. 

The episode features the story of Jake and Andrea, a young couple vacationing in Florida. Jake's eye gives him trouble and together they discover there's a problem! This episode co-stars Joshua Schubart as Jake.

Theatrical Trailer for English Vinglish Released!

The theatrical trailer for English Vinglish has been released! The film will premiere in September at the Toronto International Film Festival. Maria plays the role of Jennifer, the receptionist at the Learn To Speak English school. Check out the trailer below!

English Vinglish selected as Gala Premiere for 2012 Toronto International Film Festival

Maria's feature film debut, English Vinglish, has been selected as a Gala Premiere for the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival!

English Vinglish is the funny and touching story of an Indian woman named Shashi who struggles to learn English in order to help provide for her family. 

The film was shot on location in New York City in 2011 and stars legendary Bollywood actress Sridevi, returning to the screen after a 15-year absence. The film was written and directed by Gauri Shinde. 

Maria plays the role of Jennifer, the fast-talking receptionist at the Learn-To-Speak-English school where Shashi takes classes.
